As the resident and self proclaimed newbie, I was wondering how you all went about putting together your coupon packets together.

I visualize these coupons being used as part of the sign-up, or as part of the incentives for SRP. Do you use every single one of the venues? That's a lot of coupons. Is it assumed that each kid gets one set of coupons, and that's it for the summer? Can these be requested by non-SRP patrons?

Please post comments on if you use the coupons, how you use them, and how you keep track of everything! Many thanks in advance!

The way we utilize the museum pass coupons is to make copies and leave them in a small box on our desk all summer long. Patrons then flip through the box (we use alphabetized dividers to separate the coupons by museum name)to find coupons they'd like to have. We make more copies of indidual passes as any given museum's pass runs low. As required, we make sure to stamp the backs of the coupons with our library's "official" stamp.

The children are not actually getting a set of coupons but rather, the family is choosing which coupons they'd like to utilize. Good luck!
